1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how SideList (the app) treats your personal data. SideList is a task app for macOS, iOS, iPadOS and visionOS, developed by Francisco Sierra Cuerva (the developer).

2. Data we collect

SideList does not collect, store or transmit personal data to the developer.

• Your tasks are stored on your own devices.
• If you use more than one device, your tasks sync through your own private iCloud (Apple’s key-value store), tied to your Apple ID.
• The developer has no servers that receive your tasks and cannot read them.
• The app does not access your contacts, calendar, photos, location or files.
• Apple’s App Store privacy label for SideList reads: Data Not Collected.

3. App permissions

SideList only requests notification permission, and only if you set a reminder on a task. You can decline it and keep using every other feature.

4. Cookies and tracking

SideList does not use cookies, advertising identifiers or tracking technologies, and includes no third-party analytics.

5. Purchases

SideList is sold through the App Store. Payments are handled entirely by Apple; the developer never receives your payment details. Family Sharing is supported.

6. Your control over your data

You can delete any task, any list, or the app itself at any time. Deleting the app removes its local data; data stored in iCloud can be managed from your Apple ID settings.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated over time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
